Frequently asked questions.

How long does it take to get my original piece?

I take 2 weeks for painting and factor in 1 week for shipping. You’ll receive your order in 3-4 weeks from the purchase date. I can work with you for special occasions that require prioritized shipping.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply go to the shop page, select the kind of art you’d like, and check out. You will receive an email with the instructions for sending your photos or inspiration that you would like brought to life!

What is the Risk Free Guarantee?

The risk free guarantee allows you to fill your home with art, risk free. Once you receive your piece and you don’t love it after 30 days, you can return it to me for a full refund. It’s creativity, risk free! This applies to all my art pieces!

How many references photos should I send?

You can send as many as you would like— but you really only need 1 or 2 photos of inspiration for me to bring your artwork to life!

Once I place an order, will I be left in the dark?

Absolutely not! The art making process is iterative and I will keep in touch with you! This means I will contact you with specifications, being sure to incorporate touches you dream up, and will send a photo of completion. I’ll also make a video of the process for you!

Can I request specific colors be used?

Absolutely! I encourage you to let me know how I can best make your artwork exactly fit your space and your vision. But don’t worry— if you don’t have ideas in your head, I’ll make sure we still make something that fits exactly what you’re looking for.

What do you recommend I start with?

I recommend a beautiful oil portrait. It’s my favorite to make and can bring immense life and character to your space!

How big should I make my artwork?

A basic design principle is that bigger is better— but small art can pack a large punch. If you have any questions about which size would look best in your space, fill out the contact form below and I’ll provide a free analysis of the perfect sized artwork for your space.

Should I purchase a framed or unframed artwork?

All my Timbrel paintings are ready to hang, both framed and unframed. When you order a framed painting, you never have to worry about finding a size that will fit, assembling it, or whether the canvas will stick out of your frame. When purchasing an artwork as a gift, giving it framed can be a special touch.

I have in mind a perfect artwork, but it’s not in a size you offer. What should I do?

You’re in luck! Fill out the contact form below and I’ll work with you directly to make a piece the exact size you need!
